1.For Dealer: Please contact us in time when you meet the product fails problem.Try to send us a Video and discribe the details.We will tell you to resolve the problem according to the maintenance parts together with the goods. If the product still not work, please replace it with a new product to your customer and we will send new product or maintenance parts in next batch orders.
2.For Individual：When you buy stock product from our shop, we have Easy return service. You can use easy return service when you meet any problems.
